Personal-data rights and account deletion
Requests to access, correct, delete or suspend processing, and requests to delete an account, are handled separately from general enquiries.
Under PIPA Article 36(2) and Article 43(3) of its Enforcement Decree, we act on the request and notify you of the outcome within 10 days of receiving it. Those are calendar days, not business days.
